MollMolly is a licensed CPA in Virginia with a background in public accounting at EY and hands-on experience scaling the financial operations of a fast-growing e-commerce company. She brings a rare combination of big-firm rigor and genuine warmth to every client relationship. Originally from Norfolk, Virginia, Molly is based in Richmond, VA, where she lives with her fiancé and goldendoodle, Murphy.

McKinley is a licensed CPA in Virginia who spent three years at PwC supporting high-growth companies through rapid scaling before moving to a private credit firm. She has a deep understanding of what it takes to build financial operations from the ground up — and a passion for helping founders do exactly that. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, McKinley is based in Washington, DC.
