Molly is a licensed CPA in Virginia with a background in public accounting at EY and hands-on experience as a part of the accounting team for a fast-growing e-commerce company. She's based in Richmond, VA, with her husband and goldendoodle.

McKinley is a licensed CPA in Virginia who spent three years at PwC supporting high-growth companies through rapid scaling, before moving into private credit. She's based in Washington, DC.
